This is the only character I am seeing a problem with.
He should have 4683 assigned AA (2 unspent / 4683 assigned / 4680 total spent) as per in-game numbers.
On Magelo (see also: mini-sig below) he is showing as 2 / 4029 / 4680. The 2 numbers that don't matter are correct, the one that displays on signatures is lagging far behind.
This character's account (not that it matters) is EQ Gold and part of my 3 assigned Premium accounts. Even if it wasn't the level/AA would still be updating via magelo sync.
The hStr and hDex numbers are correct despite the fact I placed a new augmentation which altered one of these. It's only the AA number that is off.

This is happening on Fenthen now. Things are not updating properly.
He has 7915 assigned AA - the system still contains the old data for 7643AA
I am also down about 300 AC and 1000 HP; stat food is correct, powersource equipped, etc.

I realized stats being wrong were due to the powersource not linking to slot 1 of armor (T2GroupPowerSourceAug). Food/Drink did not update either on Fen's profile. I will fiddle with it more after Christmas.
AA count is still wrong, however. That I cannot update myself.

I noticed a few of my other characters are incorrect.
Unspent Assigned Spent
30 0 241
Assigned AA is still coming up as 0.
Is there a cache you can clear to test this out, on the Magelo side?

I have confirmed that this is not updating assigned AA For any of my profiles/accounts. I am interested to see if others within the Magelo community are also experiencing this problem, or if I should un/re-install Magelo Sync as a troubleshooting step.

Clearing my Magelo cache did not help, so this must be something server-side. I have characters that still look something like:
AA Points
Unspent Assigned Spent
30 0 350
I cannot manually update the number as that is an ability only performed by the program, so my characters are all displaying short-changed AA amounts. None of the AA are distributed to any of the AA ranks as a result, either. This started some time in November/December.
Uninstalling / deleting files and reinstalling Magelo Sync in a completely new directory did not help at all.

This is still a problem. For example, my Rogue states:
Unspent Assigned Spent
7 4029 5595
His in-game is 7 unspent, 5598 assigned, 5595 total spent.

I have this same issue and I think I know what's happening. Magelo Sync is skipping some of the "Glyph" AAs. For SKs, the max aa assignment is 12555, but I only show 12534. I went through other max AA SKs and compared AAs, my AA list is missing 4 or 5 of the glyph AAs. Like Glyph of Draconic Potential etc...

I wish that were it, but I don't have any glyphs. I'll see if I can go and see if any are missing, or if the Assigned number just isn't updating properly like the Spent number is.

Has anyone from Magelo ever responded to you in private regarding this issue? I can see there has been no posted public response. I find it odd, and somewhat disturbing, that they leave a paying customer with an issue without so much as an acknowledgement.

Hmm I was wrong, my in game AA shows 12534 assigned (18658 spent, 70 banked), and I do have all those glyph AAs purchased, but the aren't in the list of AAs on my profile window. I'm not sure what's going on.../shrug

Jelan, do you believe this is caused by the new Call of the Forsaken AAs? Did they cause AAs to no longer be updated?
I sync'd again yesterday, none are glyphs/expendable AAs:

I have not seen assigned AA updated for at least a month and a half. I'm guessing an Assigned AA cache clear is in order.
