Seems Magelo needs another patch update. Sync is currently not functioning.

Just tried to Sync my toons and got a message stating "An error occurred during the synchronization. Please try again later."
Any suggestions??

Looks like zone and current target is correct on sync but seems stuck trying to detect my currently logged in character. I am a new prem subscriber and I would like to know when this will be fixed so I can use my subscription????

What log do I post? I did the uninstall and reinstall but that didn't work either. Same message: unable to sync character. The error log is pretty long. But here goes.

Uninstalling, reinstalling doesnt work for me...sync client keeps saying its trying to detect my characters, 3 of my 6 were synced some how but my existing character is not syncing.
I purchased 5 additional slots and they are active but I cannot use them, please get this fixed, paid service at 50 a year, should work..
