Hi, I'm a new potential user for this application but when I run it I get an error that the eqgame.exe has been patched. I think there was an update a couple days ago. Does it normally take this long for the sync client to be updated?

I get the same thing. I paid for sync, but it doesn;t work. How do I get a refund?

Guys chill... It usually takes 1 or 2 days to patch Magelo Sync once a game patch occurs. Times to times, we exceed that window and whenever we do, we always compensate all our premium users with extra days for the extra downtime as we did once again today.

Thanks for the update. I was just simply trying to find out if this product was still being updated and how often. It looks like it is being taken care of. I'll try it out and will most likely purchase it.
