just got back to the game couple weeks ago . found my character moved to another server , daybreak would not return him home. i made a new character same everything as my old one , i coundt log into my old magelo account , no longer have access to that email so made a new one of those as well...
here are the variations of the problem im having -
1- magelo up date finds the correct character in the right zone but fails to load his equipment or list him as the guild leader of his guild.
2- finds wrong character - lists him as new character level and in guild with old characters gear , also lists current pp , aa etc but wont post gear .
3- some variation mix of the above but never new gear at all yet
i cant seem to figure out how to get ahold of the tec people here to send them email to get this figured out .. does anyone have a link to talking to them or number or email ? thanks all
