I am about to do a combine that will create an item not in the magelo database. Is it sufficiant to just be running magelo sync? Any caveats?

If the item ends up in your inventory yes

So we did it, and synced char. I don't see the item in magelo yet. Is there a waiting period? Concoction of Shadows, item # 32030 Did magelo have to be running at time of combine, or will it show up now that its in a pack?

It should be nearly instant once the sync is done. I can see is in the database now.
