In the sync window it detects my guild status, but my character shows as unguilded. Is it something with our guild? It doesn't show up really at all https://eq.magelo.com/guild/oakwynd/Melody-of-Mischief I just wanted to add that my character's guild status was correct just before I synced.

I lost my guild tag also and in the sync window its recognizes it

Fixed, you will have to sync your character again to fix the guild roster.
