When attempting to upgrade to premium and selecting the 3mo ($15) option it keeps auto-switching to the 12mo($30) option every time I try to pay. I have tried a dozen times, and used multiple different pc's and even handheld devices and each one attempts to do the same thing. Please tell me this is a website bug, and not an attempted scam.

This is a bug and not an attempt to scam you..
Which platform are you trying to pay with ? Stripe or Paypal ?

Paypal, everytime it goes to Paypal for payment it has automatically switched back to 365d

Are you sure it's not the agreement that is pushed to be valid for 365 days but the amount you are about to be billed is still for 3 months ?

I thought so at first, but when I back out of the Paypal page to return to the site, the amount on the site itself has also changed to 12mo($30)

Ok just did the whole flow with a new account and everything work as expected.
When you are redirected to Paypal, you simply agree for a payment agreement that is valid for a year.
Once you accept you are redirected to Magelo and the payment of 15 USD for 3 months is processed on your paypal account.
So trust the flow and if somehow in your particular case there is a glitch, i will refund you, do not worry.
