On my neck slot on my main character, I currently have equiped "Sigil of Shaffar" from the last boss in Mana Tombs. The tooltip is bugged and is showing +900 Stamina and +800 Intellect, showing my character to have over 20k hp!
Although this would be nice if it were true in game, it's actually +18 Stamina and +16 Intellect.
