I am not able to see my alternate character in the guild list. Nor do I see the alternate characters of other guild mates. Is there a setting that I am somehow missing? Also I was wondering if the guild reports are just not working properly at this time or if there is a bug at the moment.
I am highly recommending this program to ALL of my guild mates. I would like this to be something that we all use as this is a GREAT tool and my undying gratitude to whomever decided to make this project a GO.

Hello, Eronian23.
The alternate characters are not shown in the guild roster as only main characters are intended to be shown. This will help guild masters to know how many actual members are in the guild to set up raid rosters. If you would still want to have your alts be displayed then you can set the alternate character as a main character in My characters > Manage character.

Thank you, that actually makes sense.
Is there a guildmaster function that my GM can use to setup the website link and all that?

Hi Eronian23 and thank you for your support and motivation 
You guild master just need to sync its character using Magelo Sync. He will be automatically tagged as the guild master of your guild in Magelo website.
In "My guild" section he will see in the first left box a button "Manage".
Clicking this button, he will be able to manage the guild member list, the permission he wants to allow to members, the recruitment and the identity card of the guild where he can display a link to your website if you have one.

Well I do have another question, kinda on the guild issue.
My guild website is www.black-company.org
With the design of that website neither the HTML nor the BB codes for these signatures work. The image part of the BB code is the only difference code wise from the other sig I use, so I only assume thats what is not working with the site.
Do you guys know of any way to get that to work, I REALLY enjoy and prefer you guys' sigs but for now I have to go another route as these dont work.

Actually we have an issue with the code we provided to link your signatures in external forums but it will be fixed with the next update scheduled this week.
You can use a tricks... Add a ".png" after the sig number as the sample above:

Thank you so very much for the suggestion to try adding the .png in there. That worked like a CHARM! I am so happy to have the signature created here on my guild's website. Hey do you think you guys could do something where you could export an avatar out as well? Just a thought maybe for something in the future.

That's a cool idea we can consider. Right now, we're focused on bug fixing and working with the issues in our 3D engine, so if we're going to be doing something like that it will be sometime in the future.

I noticed that the missing keys and tradeskill options were linking to broken pages, does this mean they are temporarily broken or you guys are working out how to get them fully implemented. (Or is it as simple as the GM has to set it up?)

PS: Do the tradeskills and missing keys (if they are up and running) calculate based on the main characters or all guildies?

We've been aware of the problems with the guild report pages for a while, and we should have those pages fixed and running with the coming updates. Thanks for being so proactive in the Magelo community!

I can see it kind of makes sense .. but it would be nice to see alts in guild too .. is there not a way that you can link them to the main in the guild list (similar to what wow roster does) ?
As this is still new .. there are not that many guilds who have hundreds of players listed .. may be a GM option to show / not show alts ?

Hello and thank you for your continued support and input!
Guild leaders and most likely officers/class leaders with permissions (the Guild Leader should be able to set permissions for Class Leaders at Rank 2 to view them) will be able to view alternate and guild mule characters in My guild > Roster Detail.
It is likely that we may consider the option of showing alts in the future but this decision will be based on demand.
