hello my server is newly opened russian server "booty bay" and sync says that is unsuported server. can i fixit somehow?

Hello Nazhan and welcome to the Magelo forums! Could you provide the Magelo Sync log and the actual error message that shows up when you get this error? To open the log, press Ctrl + Shift + L and then copy & paste its contents here.

Thank you for the follow up Nazhan! It looks like you're getting the same error as Idawen in this thread. We're still checking the server side logs to find out what was the cause of this error, but once we fix it we'll let you guys know at once!
