Magelo Sync starts but when I try to sync character, I just get a blank screen.
I have tried reloading the program.
Any thoughts on how to fix?

It may have been a firewall that has blocked something required for Magelo Sync, so I would recommend checking the firewall and setting the appropriate permissions. Could you also let me know the Java version and operating system you're using at the moment?
