have been having problems syncing to my toon on Shadow Council (US) 1 this has been going on for several days, it will find my location and then stop there or sometimes it might go through all the way and actually sync. then the info is somewhat incorrect. How long is this going to happen.

Hello and welcome to Magelo Siubosn!

If Magelo Sync isn't able to detect your character information entirely, it's most likely having problems with memory - a simple restart would fix the issue.

We're currently in Beta test stage at the moment so there will be some bugs which we're sorting out. It's a process that takes some time, so we hope you'll be able to bear with us. In particular, stat bugs are most likely due to talent changes that we've not taken into account yet, so it'll be helpful if we can get more information on which ones are incorrect at the moment.

I'm using Magelo Sync long enough, but today, program wrote the message, that my server is not supported. It is Russian sector of EU WoW. Server name is "Гром" (in english "Thunder" as I can guess).
Do you still support RU servers?

The error message you're getting seems to be a result of something else, though. Copying from my last post in this thread:

Could you try to reinstall Magelo Sync? It would also help to close and restart Magelo Sync if you encounter the error without logging out of the character in-game.

There may also be a conflict with the cache in your World of Warcraft folder. I would recommend backing up your addons and removing the WTF, Cache and Interface folders and trying again.

I'm not sure if you've tampered with your realmlist.wtf file, I would suggest fixing your copy of WoW with the repair tool if you suspect that to be the case.

I've just sucessfully updated my profile with MageloSync.
None the methods that you wrote helped me, BUT I replaced my edited reallist.wtf (just chaged eu.logon.... to direct IP) with the original one. Maybe it was a reason to thet error....
