Hi guys, I'm new here :D
I got a problem with Magelo Sync. I've downloaded the program and activated my account on website.
When I launch the program and put Magelo's username / password, the follow pop up appears: "Invalid username or password".
What's the problem then? Help please!!

We'd like to tell you everything's fine and dandy, but right now, our team is working to bring Magelo Sync up-to-date with the latest patch for World of Warcraft. Once that's done, we'll make an announcement and you'll be able to enjoy all the features of Magelo!
Your patience and understanding is most appreciated in the meantime.

So many thanks! It works now, just changed my password
Now it's unable to find my char but I think that this is only due to new patch...

Update: We've just patched Magelo Sync to work with 3.0.8a, so everyone should be able to Sync now. Please enjoy!

Sooooooooo good :D Now only last fix: when I try to edit my sign, an error occurs on the web page. Anyway, GREAT job guys! Congratz

Very bad updating and work there is been put up ...
Nothing works, site has bugs, cant edit character, sync sometimes not work.
Im very unpleased about it, cause like this your little sig making program aint worth a dime

You're most welcome. Arjan, I can understand your being upset at the bugs keeping you from using the features. Please keep in mind that we're still tinkering with various new features on our website and that they may not always work as perfectly as we want them to be.
We try to make your Magelo experience as bug free and pleasant as possible - it's a beta, and I am of the firm opinion that we will have the bugs fixed and launch the WoW channel service will come with a bunch of great features you would want to stay for, even if you're not planning to pay as a Premium service user.
I've got word from our team that we're going to debug the sig editor page soon, so to those of you patiently waiting for it, your wait won't be much longer.
Very late edit: Signature editor fixed.
