I hope some1 can help me... im trying so hard to get a new outfit for my signature and it will not changing. I have been reading side by side the forums but i cant see anything that can help me. I look to the guide but when im trying i can't find any buttom that say 3D model that shows in the guide.
What do i do wrong??

Hi Choklate,
The 3D model shown in your profile cannot be changed unless your character is Sync'ed wearing the outfit you want it to be wearing in the 3D model.
The thumbnail portrait for your character in your signature will change whenever the 3D model in your character profile changes, so it will update accordingly.
To enable your profile to show the 3D model automatically, please go to My characters > Manage > Customize > Profile. On that page, you will see a checkbox that you can click to enable the 3D profile to open by default.

But in the other hand, it still doesn'nt work. Maybe I'm a noob :-P Or i'm using wrong webbrowser, but i had tried mozilla/Firefox and internet explore and it does'nt change. When my design is finnished, i press save, and the design should show up on my screen but it still the ordinary picture... I think its SBS (shit behind the screen) because it cant be the website who has this kind of problem when everybody else can changing their signs... but is there some1 that has another suggestions? I'm lost.. thank god i know how to play WoW....

It's a bug we've just found, Choklate. Basically it appears that any changes you make aren't saved successfully to the signature. We'll be looking into this issue and make an announcement when it's corrected.

Well technically your signature is saved just fine, it's just a cache issue on our end. We gonna fix it very very soon.
I'm lost.. thank god i know how to play WoW....
