I realize you are making some whole new system for flags and keys, but in the meantime why can't you can just add in the missing flags to the current system until the new one is ready? As it is, it is missing around a hundred or so flags from the previous expansions as well as several older expansions.

That may just be possible. We'll come up with something quickly as soon as we've got a list of all the stuff we're missing.
