I just transferred a toon to this server and now I can't synch her anymore. MageloSynch errors out and says that the server is unsupported.
What can I do?

Hi Svanadeloren,
It is very strange, as I have been able to Sync up a character on that server:
I'm guessing it may have been due to your character being transferred. Would it be possible to show me the Magelo Sync logs if it gives you errors again please? You can hit Ctrl+Shift+L to pull up the logs while Magelo Sync is active.

Hi Svanadeloren,
It is very strange, the logs seemed to indicate that some files in your copy of World of Warcraft were modified at some point. This may be the reason Magelo Sync is having difficulties verifying that the server you've played on was an official World of Warcraft server. Would you mind letting us know if your PC had been used to play a private server or had some World of Warcraft files deleted/replaced lately please?

I'm having the same problem, but it's for neptulon how could i actually restore the "realmilst" file witouth repairing, dont want to lose some data like macros and keybinds.

You could try changing the contents of the realmlist file back to its defaults here:
set realmlist us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com
set patchlist us.version.worldofwarcraft.com
set realmlistbn ""
set portal us
