i can not seem to get a profile pic to be the correct width . what am i doing wrong?

Hello Dawnella Your profile background image should be 800px in the width and 600px in the height. If your image is bigger or smaller it cannot be used. What is the extension of your image? png, jpg, gif? It may be the problem if the size is correct.
