No matter how much I try, I just CAN'T load my characters from the armory. How the heck does this WORK? I know I made them in the actual game, and I KNOW that I put the right server! So, what's going on?

Hi Airunu, No worry we will find a solution. First could you please tell me the name of the character you trying to import and his server? What browser also are you using? (I would recommend FF or IE). And how the issue appears exactly? (please summarize the steps done).
