how do i access the other tools with a premium membership? i cannot make ab alterntive profile.. i have 2 toons on 2 diffrent servers with the same name, and it is thinking they are the same. how can i fix this? and how can i access the other premium tools?

Hello Bigz, Your 2 characters are correctly linked to your account. Just go in "My characters" and you will see them. Under each of them, there are some actions possible. If you want to create an alternate profile, click on "Edit" then "Equipment" and you will be able to create a new alt. Let me know how it goes
