Hi, My character, Alesh, is fuzzy faced in game with a fine bright green beard, but in the sig and avatar he has shaved. Can you please get him back to his normal beardy tree-hugging self? Thanks.

Hi, any news? Your reply was almost four weeks ago. Also, I tried to update my characters a few moments ago and I just got error messages. I wouldn't chase except that I am currently paying for this service. Thanks.

Hi Arawn, I am sorry for the time passed but this issue is not so simple as we have to understand what is going wrong when we import your character from the Armory. I will keep you posted on our progress before the end of the week.
About your last update, I can see that one of your characters was updated yesterday correctly. Do you remember what was the error message or could you give me more details on what was going on on your screen?

Fixed! Your character 3D should be ok now.
You just need to update your character in the game and ask for an update on Magelo.
If you still see no change, don't hesitate to refresh your cache also.
As it took more time than expected to fix the issue, we granted you 2 extra weeks on your Premium subscription, to compensate a little bit
