I have two character profiles experiencing the same issue. Both characters (profiles 1341748 and 1962042) have equipped a player-made cultural arm slot which includes a slot-17 augment named "Soloist Ascension Sleeve Seal of the Warchief" – which, in game, displays the melee effect of Cleave VII - 20. This effect is not being recognized by profiles.

I do see the effect now however I was wondering if the augment is missing a focus by any chance ?
