I just deleted several characters from my EQ magelo account and tried to sync in my Ranger, Mekarex. It said I had no free game slot. Could you please check this out and free them up for me? Thanks!

I have the same issue. I currently have 2 characters, but 'My account' says I have 0/3 free and when I try to sync, I get a message saying all slots are full.

Hello,

Yes, game slots are not freed up after you delete a character.

Extract from the FAQ:
With a Premium subscription, you can synchronize all the characters you have on 3 different game accounts. Each account take 1 game slot so you have 3 game slots with your Magelo Premium membership. As soon as you synchronize a character from a new account, a game slot is taken, even if you delete the character after.

You can free your game slots once and only once during your subscription in your account management page.

At any time of your subscription you can buy 5 extra game slots. The cost will be based on the time left on your currently active subscription.

Vermilion Starfires, you are currently using the trial offer, that is limited to 1 game slot. So you can sync the characters you have on 1 game account only during the trial.

Ssyxz, I saw you purchased the extra game slots option. So everything is ok now for you. Thank you for your support!
