I've synced my character a few times in the last few weeks but it's not updating on the site. I get the success message but when I check the character's link, it's still showing pretty outdated information. Character's name is Aerun, level 100 ranger, The Rathe, Grey Hawke.

Hi Warclif,
Your Premium trial expired 2 weeks ago so when you sync your character only the basic info are updated. In order to update your gear, you need to do it manually or upgrade your account to Premium. With a Premium account, Magelo Sync will fully sync your character.

To add on, Magelo will synchronize your character's name (and titles, etc), guild, level, AAs – anything you cannot manually update yourself. To sync your gear, inventory, bank etc you will need the Premium service.
