I have a couple of characters of mine on here and I wanted to make a signature and use them. But the character icon, where the character is suppose to be, is blank with a white square. What is going on here, I have verified that they are my characters on magelo, if that is the problem.

My signature pic is blank too. I updated it using the software and using the armoury update.

As replied in another topic, this is a known issue.
At the moment, you can only add your own image or do not display the portrait in your signature.
