Ive reloaded, re-installed the sync program — Ive got 6 updated pieces of gear over the last 4-5 months that will not show up after sync. It says my last sync was 9/30 which is correct, but my gear will not update. Ive zoned. Ive camped. Ive shut down the game entirely and come back in and re-synced - same thing. The correct gear is not showing. What am I missing? And where did my sig go - I have a paid account.

Same happened to me... I tried to sync and it didnt do anything... so I deleted the character and did a sync again to create a new magelo. Now I got a character sync'ed since yesterday with no gear... yay!
Is it a bug or is it something with my comp?

Magelo Sync isn't reliably catching gear changes for me either.

I just synced as well, the rankings are showing my new stats, but my page does not.

Tried resyncing again today - the date updates on my profile but nothing else does - ticket has been open 10 days now. Still not showing my correct gear. Rankings page shows me 2000+ hps short of what I am unbuffed in game - hasn't changed my hp or ranking at all with the sync today on 10/10/14 even with more new gear added (which also doesn't show). When will this get fixed please?

Did your account lapse? Forums show you as a registered instead of premium user; magelo sync only updates gear after the trial for premium users.
