Yes MU is ready 
As for PST, it's GMT - 8 hours.

Dumb question from a new user: Does MU sync with the patch automatically, or do we need to manually download a new version of MU and replace on our computer? Thanks for all your hard work!

When you start MU it will automatically search for a new patch and will update itself automatically

I am getting an error when I try to launch. I reinstalled, and get the same error.
Unexpected error: java.lang.Exception
I have tried to reinstall, and reinstall Java. I still get the error. What do I do?
