Hi
I adjusted my game slots for my current chars after a long break. Now magelo sync says I 'don't have enough slots' even though I did use my (once only!) slot reset tp fix this. An d it refuses to update my main character...
Please fix this. Expecting me to pay $25USD (which appears to be the solution being forced upon me?) for what appears to me to be a bug is pretty unreasonable.
If this can't be achieved, please provide a refund as the service is useless to me.
A little disappointed, after what I recalled to be a good product...

Hi,
You can always free your game slot once in a year yourself, something you have done already. This limit had to be put in place because people were abusing the system and syncing their entire guild on their account..
I am happy to reset your game slots should you need from time to time though.
And so I have reseted yours.
