When I load magelo it can't seem to find any of my characters even though I wait for several minutes.

Hi Davepow,
Are you able to show your Magelo log?
With Magelo loaded and as the active application, hit Shift+Control+L – this should bring up the log as a text file.

And make sure you are running the 64bit Magelo Sync client.
