To the person responsible for managing the site, can we get the Sync back up and going. I paid for Magelo service right before latest patch and been waiting for Magelo to begin sync'ing again. I am pretty sure it has been couple weeks. For a paid service, the length of downtime is concerning. Please keep up the service.
