I bring up the sync window and it show username but not the password, that field is empty. My subscription is good through 4/13/27
I just went through the request new password, here's hoping that will fix the problem.
Still not seeing the password on the magelo sync window. Do I have to redownload the sync program link?
The web site sees the password change.
Please delete this report, I figured it out. Had to reinstall the sync program.
