Excuse me but my character not apper in magelo, what happen???...what i have to do?

Yeah! I play at Tru-Wow and My MAgelo stays on the searching character page all the time. It doesnt has a loading bar or anything like that.
I want some help.

The magelo cant be refresh, its appear the same error, and i dont know what to do.....the say something like "The stats of ur charcarter cant be charge"....something like that.....and anything happen.......can u resolve me that problem....thanks.-

Could you indicate which servers are you playing on? If possible, log files of any sessions when the error was encountered may help. To obtain the log records, when Magelo Sync is running, press Ctrl + Shift + L to open the log file and copy the contents here.

Private servers are not supported, so if you're on a private server that is the issue.
If you're on a Blizzard server and having the same problem please post your log file as described above.
