yea, i tryed to sync with my wow character and i logged in and everything and waited and it told me to tell ya if it wasnt working and so i did so i dont know whats going on if maybe it just takes longer but its been running for maybe 10 minutes and nothings changed. any idea whats wrong??

it's rather hard to say what's going on without any hint Your log file would be helpful, type "Ctrl + Shift + L" when Sync is focused to open your log file, alternatively, you can locate and copy the content from the magelo.log file in Sync's folder.
