Hello and welcome to the Magelo boards Exelon!

Magelo supports official World of Warcraft servers, and that includes the official WoW EU Russian speaking realms! You can simply download Magelo Sync, install and use it to Sync your characters.

You can manage your character profile, signature, and guild (with the proper permissions) after they have been Sync'ed. We're still working on support for different languages in the Signature text but it is expected to be done in the near future.

I've already tested it on russian realm it's very good ^^ thx for this great thing. so do you plan translate for russian Magelo Sync and website?

Hello Wolfeg and thanks for your support!

Some parts of our service with regional language support features are the guild, server and item database. We are planning for additional support in the future beyond the basics; however, at the moment, our priorities would be to fix the incorrect formulae before presenting a greatly accurate service to users who would like to enjoy the the website and features in other languages.

We will keep everyone posted so once additional regional language support is out, be assured we will announce it boldly on our front page news!

yeah, I understand, it's the right way to do magelo better =) i hope that after release there'll be support for other languages, cause some my friends don't wanna use this without russian support. I told them that it's just beta, so they said that they will be waiting for release, cause it's good thing, but without knowing language they couldn't understand how to use this =\

oh, I forgot to say that some Fonts for signature doesn't support сyrillic =\ only standart, and that on my sig

We're planning on implementing additional signature fonts for different regional languages soon, so I hope you'll look forward to it!

Hello maxxlot and welcome to Magelo!

You can make it available by Sync'ing a character from that particular server - it should get detected by Magelo Sync and be added to the list!

Still cant get it to work. Can you give more details, about getting magelo work on "Пиратская Бухта"?

Hello everyone!

We're still having problems with specific servers such as Silvermoon - EU and the Russian-speaking Пиратская Бухта (Booty Bay, is it?). We've been aware of this issue over two weeks ago and are still working to fix this issue - it's something we may need to modify in the basic structure of the server list to correct and will take quite some time to do as it appears to be a delicate task. We thank all of you for your patience so far and we will let everyone know as soon as it is fixed.

Sorry for the delay, but it should work from now on, there's a couple of duplicates (guilds & characters) on this server, we will address this issue quickly.

Hi, vsaR1SK and welcome to Magelo!

There's several possible reasons for this to happen.

Could you try to reinstall Magelo Sync? It would also help to close and restart Magelo Sync if you encounter the error without logging out of the character in-game.

There may also be a conflict with the cache in your World of Warcraft folder. I would recommend backing up your addons and removing the WTF, Cache and Interface folders and trying again.

I'm not sure if you've tampered with your realmlist.wtf file, I would suggest fixing your copy of WoW with the repair tool if you suspect that to be the case.
