I am unable to update any of my guild's info, i.e.: website, keys (may just be linked to users). just basicly unable to fix guild info so it is correct.

Dear Neil1775,
The guild controls may only be accessed by the guildmaster. Once he has Sync'ed his character using Magelo Sync, he will be able to edit guild member and officer settings to permit your officers to edit some parts of the guild page and add a link to the guild website.
Regarding the guild reports, the information is dependent on the status of the character at the time it was Sync'ed. If a character has the specific keys then Magelo Sync will pick it up and record it as appropriate in the guild report.
