my character gnoginbasher's beard keeps showing as white even though it's actually black. Dunno what's up there.

Looks like an accident with shaving cream. I'll check with the team here and see if we can do something about it. In the meantime, could you see if you could run Magelo Sync again with the character to see if the portrait will be changed/updated?
