This is happening for my toons on two different servers. Official Blizzard Servers - US Stormreaver server and US Icecrown server.

Hello and welcome to the Magelo boards, jaelae!
I'll forward this issue to our team and see if we can find out anything about it. We've been encountering the issue with 'unsupported server' messages for quite some time, so it looks like we're going to need a full review of the official server list soon.

Update:
I've had no problem Sync'ing characters from those two servers. Could you try to close and restart Magelo Sync if that happens again?
