I open it up and it is stuck on the which game screen. I tried reinstalling to no avail.
I can't post the log, it won't let me.

That's really weird, and there seems to be an issue with many others who've got similar issues. I'll forward this to the team and see what we can find out.

Edit: Have you tried restarting Magelo Sync while keeping your character logged in when that occurs?
