Alright so, I searched for a current topic on this and couldn't find one, so maybe this issue is unique to my character?
In my profile, my Merciless Gladiator's Decapitator shows up...except it has a very disgusting ball of...well, I don't really know WHAT it is...but it certainly isn't the firey effect on the weapon, and it makes my toon like hideous.

Is this a known issue or am I the first? And is it possibly something I did wrong when syncing? (I just ran the program, logged into WoW, logged out a few hours later, then sync'd).
