Hi,
I have been attempting for a couple days to sync my characters and it still isnt working. Am I the problem or are you guys still working with the new patch?

Hello and welcome to Magelo, Nightmagi!
We are still working on the new patch - it changed a lot of the talent trees and calculations that we were previously using for your stats, so we need some time to get all of this information updated before we can patch Magelo Sync.
