ive knoticed that sence the patch my equipment has been updating but the picture on my signature and the pop up isnt updating is there a known bug ?
also i have those account shoulders on 1 of my toons and no stats at all are showing up is that a bug too or is it just so u can send it to a different toon ?

Hi Chrisspiderozzy,
We will work on the calculations for Heirloom items soon - they're a little more complicated to figure out than the green random enchant items.
With regards to your 3D image and signature, could you wait a minute or two when running Sync to allow it to capture your character's 3D image before you Sync it please? It may be able to update the character picture when that is done.

I've got the same issue as issue 1 from the OP. My 3D image won't update for the life of me. I haven't been wearing a tabard for approximately 2 weeks and it still shows an old 3D render with the tabard. :/ I've even synced a few times tonight, zoning in between, to see if I could update it.

Hi Selerra,
That is indeed rather strange; your character does seem to be still wearing an Ebon Blade tabard. Our team will have to check out what we may have left out in the code - Selerra, can you try wearing another tabard and Sync it to see if it will update/change the 3D profile please?

ive also chaned equpment on 3 different toons and its still showing the same equipment from before the patch when i had blue gear and sence then ive gotten mostly epics and they arnt changing and also the hair isnt changing either it was right before the patch and after it looked completely different
