This thread is to list the issues with the 3D model that you may have after our most recent patch to our World of Warcraft channel. We will update this post and the Known issues and patch notes thread as we get more information.
To keep your character 3D models as accurate as possible, we will need more information from you. Please post any inaccuracies or differences between your in-game character appearance and the one shown in your Magelo profile in this thread.
Please keep in mind that you may need to update your character profile to have the most updated information applied.

Hi and welcome to Magelo, Fannatik!
It is strange that your profile has Stormedge but your 3D model gets Armageddon.
Can you please tell me if you just switched weapons prior to Sync, or has it already been a few days since you last used the sword?
If possible, please try to Sync again and let me know - we're getting some oddities from the 3D engine cache and it would help us to know.

On my chars signature it shows a male 3D piture and my char is infact a female, how do i solve this issue?

My gear is similarly not updating in the image department. My sig shows my death knight, Selephiel, wearing shoulders that I picked up at level 61. I swapped all of the gear in my graphic out 5+ levels ago.

Selinya and Citra, your characters should have the proper profile and signature images now. If anyone's still having 3D issues, please post here again.

I've been in T8 for some time now, synced like 10+ times and the 3D model still links T7.

I am having very similar problems. I've synced several times now but my images (sig avatar and 3d model) will not update.

I am having a similar problem with my 3D model not updating. My stats are buggy as well, but they're showing up okay on the profile, so I'm not too concerned with that.
But I'd really like my nifty new gear to show up
