I try to see my "char" but I only got a error message. Can you try to fix it??

Hi Drakkar,
We'll check the logs from our end and see if we can find out anything that may have caused that to happen.
In the meantime, would you mind to Sync that particular character again please?

after the "Sync" of Kriegsherr the "bug" are fixed. Now i can see the profile. THX ^^
