When i try to go to the page for my character profile i get the following error instead:
"Whoops ! An error occured while you were browsing this page, if it is the first time this problem occurs, try to reload this page from the left menu.
If the problem keeps occuring, go to the forums to get some help. "
I can load other character profile pages from other people fine. I can not load my own.

I am a NEW member and just installed the sync app and signed up for the first time today.

Hi Brienna,
I'd say it might be your that is giving you trouble. Would you mind trying to Sync without it and confirm if it is the cause of this little error please?

I have the same problem, synced a new char recently, and the "My characters" page stopped working afterwards.
Also, it's not syncing properly - my char profile shows the gear & status of the first sync, even though I attempted to sync a few times afterwards aswell, and the client said the sync was successful.

To answer your question, I sync my characters once or twice a week.
I'm now able to access my character profile page. However my main character's portrait appears completely different from what it actually is in game.

Hi Krenshar, would it be possible to tell me if your character's 3D model in the profile looks like what it does in the game?
Fizzprocket, I would say it's a glitch due to the titles in your characters. Our team will be working to fix that bug.

I see. It works now, somewhat - except it doesn't sync 
I can view my chars, I can view the profile, but I've been syncing myself in DPS gear, yet, on magelo, it still shows my tank gear.

No, the 3D model is also old. It's actually showing armor I wore several months ago but I've synced many times since then.

Hi, Krenshar!
You've got Dual Specs on your main - you can switch to his secondary spec when you view the profile (by clicking the pulldown menu in the talent display and clicking the secondary spec) or change it to the default spec in My characters > Manage > Edit > Identity.
Your main spec isn't updated unless you Sync your character with it activated. Your secondary spec is updated very recently, though.
