It can be fixed quite easily, Viperpilot36.
Would you mind checking to see if your version of Java is the latest one? The latest version is Version 6 Update 15, and you can get it here.
After installing it (if you haven't got the latest version, that is) you may want to go to Control Panel and remove/disable previous versions, as they may conflict with your current one.
After that is done, you should be able to run Magelo Sync normally. If you're still having difficulties after that, please do not hesitate to post a follow-up and let us know.
Thanks!

I have Java(TM) 6 Update 15 (64 bit) installed on my computer. i just downloaded java for the first time so there are no previous forms of java on this computer. and it says the same thing. do i need to reinstall sync or fix a part of Magelo Sync itself? The folder istelf only contains two applications, magelo sync and uninstall. idk if thats all there is supposed to be but most programs ive encountered have some sort of registrys or logs.

Hi, Viperpilot36.
Yes, deleting the Magelo Sync folder and re-installing it might help, as it seemed to not have detected the existing Java in your system. Would you mind trying that and letting us know if it is still giving you trouble please?
Another thing to take into account could be user access - if you access the computer as a guest, it might have blocked some applications such as Java from running.

sorry, but im still having problems, i reinstalled Magelo Sync and that did not work. ive also tried running it as an administrator and to no avail. my compatibility settings for the program are at windows xp service pack 3. Is that the service pack you designed it for? or should i only run it on vista settings?

Hi Viperpilot36,
I believe you will need both the 32-bit and the 64-bit version of Java downloaded to enable Magelo Sync to work. Please download both the 64-bit version and the 32-bit version.
Thank you very much for your patience.

Perfect! Thanks you VERY much. youve been a great help. It runs perfectly. if you ever have a Windows 7 64 bit Error with java, thats the way to fix it.
