On one of my characters (Analiesa) it does not show her 3D model. I have tried re-syncing numerous times but have not any success. On one other character (Desertrose) her bra/bikini strap is showing through the deep v-neck shirt on the 3D model. This does not show on game.
Since originally posting this on 8/28/09, most of my characters are now missing their 3D models. This happened after I logged off WoW and before logging back on to WoW. Three of my characters still show their 3D model. Is there an option I have to set somewhere or something I have to do to save the 3D model of my characters so it appears whether I'm on WoW or not? Analiesa's profile doesn't show a 3D model on her main spec (holy) but does have a 3D model on her other spec (prot) with eyes closed.
On Snowberry it shows her picture and Disc spec but does not show her Shadow spec, which is her main spec, even though it is showing and selected on her Identity Card under "Manage my Character". It use to show her shadow spec and not the disc spec.

After editing the signatures, the 3D models did show up. However, I still am unable to see Snowberry's shadow spec and Desertrose's bra/bikini strap is still showing under the v-neck of her shirt.

Hi Autumnwings and welcome to the boards!
For the secondary spec to show up, please Sync your character while it is active. If you have a set of gear for your Shadow spec, you can equip them when you Sync Snowberry.
There seems to be a number of hidden 'rules' that govern the appearance of clothing and armor on a character - we have most of them covered, but the one you have found on Desertrose will need to be worked on.
Is it possible to get a screenshot of how Desertrose looks like in-game please?

I am syncing Snowberry while she's active and in shadow spec, which is her main spec, but I am still unable to get it to show her shadow spec as the main spec. (I just recently got it to where it will show her shadow gear - mostly.) I have tried this numerous times and am still unable to get it to show up. However, in my Edit Character Identity screen it is showing both specs. I have shadow selected as her main spec. I also have marked to show her helm, but it does not appear to be showing up in the 3D model.

Hi Autumnwings, the "Save" button has to be clicked if you wish to confirm the changes to your character. 
Your Snowberry profile should now show up as you would like to see it.
We'll have to take some time before we get all the rules and restrictions governing the appearance that special items grant to your character.
Your patience and assistance are very much appreciated.

The "Save" button was pushed each time but it did not change. It is showing up correctly now.
