Im run Sync on Russian Vista sp2, and have 2 trouble -
1) some char show as ? or square
2) Sync request administrative rigts to run... Why?

Hello Observer and DivineRock!
If you are running Windows on a standard user account, running Magelo Sync with administrator rights will be required as it is needed to interact with the World of Warcraft in order to to get character information when you Sync. It would not be required if you are already running as an administrator on the PC.
We'll check on the translation text in Magelo Sync and see what we can do, thank you!
