Hi Solgath and LukeSBE, We've been experiencing some temporary server stability issues. You should be able to run Magelo Sync properly now. As patch 3.3 has been released for the World of Warcraft, it may take some time for our team to update Magelo Sync before it will work with the latest version of the game. Please keep an eye out for the update in this announcement thread. Thank you!
