When I try to log in nothing happens. My password is being read though because when I type in an incorrect one I get an error message stating wrong username or password.

Hi and welcome to Magelo, KSerra!
It might simply be a temporary difficulty connecting with the server. Would you mind providing the log file of Magelo Sync when the error occurred please? It will help us pinpoint the source of the problem.
Press Ctrl + Shift + L when Magelo Sync is active* to open up the log, then copy and paste the contents into the bug report post. You can also find the log in your Magelo Sync installation directory (magelo.log).

Hi KSerra,
I would suggest resetting Magelo Sync to its default settings by deleting the Sync.Properties file in the Program Files > Magelo > Magelo Sync folder.
After that is done, you can run Magelo Sync again and it will work as it should.
