for over 3 weeks now, i have not been able to access gear planner. I have tried it with WOW running and not, with multiple syncs ( profile shows new sync) and rebooting, virus scan, and reloading the website. Still nothing... click on gear planner and page starts to open, lots of spinning circles and there i sit....... for hours.
any ideas?

Hi spirit454,
I would suggest to clear your cache and give the gear planner another try. Which browser are you using ? I just tested your character and the gear planner loaded just fine by the way.

internet explorer 7.0.6000.17080
I have emptied the file magelo/ cache
and tried again... 25 minutes and still trying to load the page.
gonna try sync
ok restarted from beginning with empty magelo cache folder. Re-synced, rteopened magelo, signed in and 35 minutes and gear planner still waqs trying to load.
any suggestions?? never had a problem for a week afeter i signed on/ joined

Hi spirit454,
I've just tested with IE7 and have the same problem as you. I'll try and see what the problem is and fix it. In the meantime I would suggest either upgrading your browser or use another browser such as Firefox.
We may have accidentally added something that doesn't work in IE7. But it will work in the latest versions of the major browsers.
