as the subject says...
no 3D model in the profile, no portraits in signatures/avatars. Magelo provides a blank box in all cases.
have tried updating the characters, apparently without a problem. this has no effect.
only two of my (15) characters are affected, coincidentally they are the two female Trolls (male trolls are fine, other races are fine). so, perhaps a problem with female Trolls?

Thanks for the feedback, I think we know what is going on but we will double check to make sure it is the same issue I am thinking about and I will keep you posted asap.

The issue with female troll has been fixed, thanks again for your feedback acapela.
